Centralization and organization
The gas board provides a centralized point where all the components necessary for gas diffusion in the oxygenation system are integrated and organized.
Independent regulation of oxygen flow in each cultivation unit
It is installed at a ratio of 1 for every 4 cages and has individual rotameters to regulate the flow of oxygen in each unit independently, up to 600 tons in each one.
Integrated flowmeters
It is equipped with 4 flowmeters, which allow precise measurement and control of the gas flow. These flowmeters are vital to ensure an adequate and controlled distribution of oxygen in each of the cages.
Robust design and protection for large oxygen flows
This equipment is specially designed for the measurement and regulation of large oxygen flows (0-1400 lpm per culture unit) and is mounted on a stainless steel stand that provides protection against knocks or falls.
Independent flow measurement and regulation
This system allows the measurement and regulation of the supplied flow of oxygen per culture unit independently. The panel can also incorporate bistable valves to be automated per cage, per quadrant or per module.
Supervision and control
It allows operators to efficiently monitor and control the flow of gases in the oxygenation system. This ensures accurate monitoring and the ability to make adjustments according to the needs of the system.
