The liquid oxygen vaporizer is a key component used in oxygenation systems that are supplied with cryogenic liquid oxygen (LOX).
Its main function is to convert liquid oxygen into gaseous oxygen at ambient temperature (GOX) for subsequent diffusion into the oxygenation system for fish.
The submerged vaporizer has a height of 1.5 meters, and is fitted with stainless steel brackets and pedestals. In addition, it is equipped with a 24-meter long K-type copper pipe. To prevent freezing, it has a water movement system. This steamer has a capacity of 10,000 Lpm, which enables the simultaneous feeding of up to 24 cages through a distribution network.
This equipment can be installed on a conditioned platform, on a pontoon or at the head of the cultivation center module.
Equipped with pressure regulating cabinet
The vaporizer is equipped with a pressure regulating cabinet that makes it possible to adjust the working pressure of the oxygen distribution network, this has been calculated in such a way that at the end of the distribution line there is a pressure drop of less than 5%.
Features
- Ability to vaporize oxygen (LOX) at a rate of 1,000 to 10,000 Ipm (liters per minute).
- Operating pressure range from 0 to 25 bar.
- The V1000 model, mobile submersible vaporizer, is designed as a system that can be easily installed and transported to different locations. It requires a water column with a specific height of 900 to 950 mm for proper operation.
- The V5000 and V10,000 models must be installed submerged in seawater to avoid freezing. They can be installed on a conditioned platform, on the pontoon or on the module head.
- It is highly resistant to weather conditions and handling, guaranteeing durability and functionality.
